Secondly, inviting fellow gamers is a win! At the start of the farming campaign, you'll get double tokens from your friends' tokens they earn from Steam. As time goes on, the reward will decrease (1.8x, 1.6x, etc), so the quicker and sharper gamers will get more rewards than those who come later.
